WELCOME TO OUR

PARENTS' CORNER

The Scott County Boys and Girls Club helps the community by supporting parents. Two working parents or single parents now head many households. Some work two jobs just to afford the basics. Despite their best efforts, many parents must leave older children on their own between the time school ends and those parents get home. That can lead to a lot of problems that the boys' and girls' clubs help solve. The club offers afterschool programs that do much more than babysit.

Programs designed for kids ages K-12th grade provide enriching, interesting experiences. Staff members encourage creativity, exploration, and engagement. Children who might otherwise get into trouble spend time in a structured educational environment that challenges and engages them every day after school.
